These are the standard terms and conditions about the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all parties involved. These terms apply to each booking you make, whether you book through our website or on the phone. The present terms and conditions can be changed and/or amended subject to prior written notice.
1. Service Description:
1.1 The rubbish removal service includes the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste materials as agreed upon with you as a client.
1.2 We agree to perform the rubbish removal in a professional and timely manner.
2. Booking and Payment:
2.1 You as a client must provide accurate information regarding the quantity and type of waste to be removed for an accurate service quote.
2.2 Payment is due upon completion of the rubbish removal service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.3 We as a licensed disposal provider reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if the actual volume or type of waste differs from the initial information provided.
3. Access to the Property:
3.1 You as a client must ensure that our rubbish removal team has clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled date and time.
3.2 You should obtain at your own expense the necessary parking permits, permissions, and licenses that are necessary for the removal.
3.3 Any obstacles or hazards that may affect the rubbish removal process should be communicated to us in advance.
4. Prohibited Waste:
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that only permissible waste is included in the removal process.
4.2 Hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, and electronic waste, are strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
5.1 In case you decide to cancel a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of £50 will apply without further notice.
5.2 We reserve the right to charge £25 in case the appointment needs to be rescheduled on short notice (less than 24 hours before the job).
5.3 Cancellations are accepted only over the phone or e-mail. Voicemails are not a valid option for rescheduling and/or cancellations.
6. Liability:
6.1 We are not liable for any damage to property during the rubbish removal process unless caused by negligence on our part.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the waste to be removed is not contaminated with hazardous or prohibited materials.
7. Completion of Service:
7.1 You as a client are required to inspect the completed rubbish removal service and report any issues or concerns immediately.
7.2 Take all reasonable steps to ensure that nothing is left behind and/or nothing is loaded for removal by mistake when it should or should not be disposed of.
7.3 Once the rubbish removal service is completed, we take the responsibility for the waste and any consequences arising from its disposal.
8. Governing Law:
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Amendments:
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice to the client.
By availing of our rubbish removal services, you as a client agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
